Our Mexico Team is home and had a great trip. They built a home for a needy family in Juarez.

Our Haiti Team is home after a great trip. They helped build two homes, assisted in distributing food and clothing, infant nutrition, various clinics and home visits.

The new cabin is up and ready to be used by care groups, Sunday school classes, and for various church activities.

A car was purchased for one of our widows.

Carl and I saw his oncologist last Tuesday to go over his scans from the lung, abdomen, and pelvis and at this time they were clear. We praise God for that report. Most of all we praise Him for helping us have the health and strength to continue to serve Him and others and continue to seek your prayers on our behalf. We are very thankful how the Lord has taken us through the ups and downs as only He knows how to do. But it is encouraging when we can pray for one another in His name. Both of us have return visits with our oncologists in March and April, respectfully and more testing evaluation. Love to you all, Carl and Cary Sue Whitaker

Thank you
Thank you for the prayers, vistors and cards. The food provided by the church ladies was gracious and enjoyed by all. Mom enjoyed seeing and hearing from her family and friends. She touched hearts wherever she went. Mom, thanks for the memories. Love, Judy, Roger, Ronnie, and Terry Bloom

Special thanks to our Fellowship Team and all those who prepared food for our Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a wonderful meal and great fellowship.

Dear Chuch Family,
During this season of Thanksgiving, we would like to take the time to thank all of you for your outpouring of support and love throughout the last year. There are so many times, as I am sure we all have, when it is so tough to keep going. These are the times when it helps to know that everyone around you supports you and prays for you. Many times the cards and phone calls from all of you lift us up and push us on. Thank you again for everything you have done for us. In Christian Love, the Cramers.

Note on Zach: He is recovering from the Flu we think. We went to the Doctor on Monday for blood work and Xrays. Xrays were normal, and we found out thursday his blood work was also.(what a blessing). Other than the flu, all is fairly well. It is just harder for him to handle being out of bed alot.

Love You All

Dear church family, just an update from us. Many of our church families and friends have lifted us up in prayer during 2005, showered us with cards, visits, and many kindnesses. At the present we are not taking any more chemo. (PTL!) Carl goes back to the oncologist in January after he has some Cat Scans done and I go back in March to see my oncologist. Even though this has been a very difficult year for us in some ways, we have been blessed in MORE ways! God continues to teach us through these kinds of everyday life circumstances. May this time of year especially reflect our Thanksgiving by our Thanksliving to all of you and our sons and their families. Love, Carl and Cary Sue Whitaker.

We are now in Segin Haiti. We will share how we got here and what it took to get here later. We are on top of the world up here, approx 6000 feet above sea level...rainy and cold...wasn't prepared for cold...its 95 down below...rains each day...primitive conditions. We are going to Jacmel tommorrow and then on to Port-au-prince Monday. Had 4 flat tires in less than 24 hrs and we almost were hit by a rock slide going up the mountain. Had to stop and move rocks out of roadway. After removing rocks, we went about 5 feet and another tire blew. Fixed it in the rain. Having a great time.
